Refunds & Cancellation

Canceling a subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account or the subscription management link provided after purchase.
Cancellation stops future renewals. You will keep access to your plan until the end of the current billing period.
Canceling a subscription does not automatically refund the current or previous billing period.
Refund policy
Vectorgram allows users to test the service before purchasing a paid plan — free conversions in the browser, and a free trial of the API on every new account.
Because Vectorgram provides immediate digital processing and delivers conversion results immediately, completed conversions and used subscription allowance are generally non-refundable.
Subscription renewals and partially used billing periods are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or in cases of duplicate charges, billing errors, or a material technical failure on our side.
If a technical issue on our side prevents Vectorgram from performing its core conversion function as described, contact us within 14 days of purchase at info@vectorgram.ai.
After reviewing the issue, we may:
- re-run the affected conversion;
- restore the used conversion allowance;
- issue a partial or full refund where appropriate.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take up to 10 business days to process.
Dissatisfaction with the quality of a result is not by itself a technical failure: vectorization is automated, and the output depends on the source image, its resolution and complexity. That is what the free tier and the trial are for — testing your own files before paying.
Payments and the Merchant of Record
Payments for Vectorgram subscriptions are processed by our online reseller Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all orders. Paddle.com handles payment processing, tax, billing-related support, refunds and chargebacks; Vectorgram itself is operated by Individual entrepreneur Aliaksei Lasevich, reg. no. 347016445, Georgia.
The policy above is applied together with Paddle.com: approved refunds are issued by Paddle.com to the original payment method, and every order carries a Paddle.com receipt and invoice.
Complaints
A complaint — about the service, a charge, or this policy — goes to the same address, info@vectorgram.ai, and is answered within two business days. Questions about a specific order are resolved together with Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record.
If a charge looks wrong, write to us before disputing it with your bank: a chargeback opens a bank process Paddle.com must answer formally, while a mistake caught by email is usually corrected faster — as a refund, on the same card.
How to contact us
For billing or refund requests, contact info@vectorgram.ai and include:
- the email address used for purchase;
- the order ID or invoice number;
- a short description of the problem;
- screenshots or the affected source file where relevant.
The contact form does the same thing — choose the Billing topic and fill in the order ID. Either way a person reads it and replies to you directly; refunds are not something you can trigger from your account, and we will never ask for card details to process one.
