What exactly am I paying for?
Two things, priced separately. In the browser, any paid plan converts without a limit — the plan buys larger images, manual controls and the priority queue. Through the API, the plan buys a number of conversions a month. One conversion is one image in, one vector out, at the same price whatever its size.
What do I get for free?
Ten conversions a month in the app, up to 2 MP, no card. Plus 25 API conversions in your first 30 days — full quality, no watermark — so you can finish an integration before spending anything.
What happens when I use up my plan's API conversions?
Calls answer 402 with the counter, the reset date and the plan that would cover your volume — or, past Agency, an invitation to talk to us about an individual one. Nothing is billed past your plan: there is no overage and no balance to drain, so a runaway script costs you a stopped integration rather than an invoice.
Do browser conversions run out?
Only on Free, which includes ten a month. Every paid plan converts in the browser without a counter — large jobs simply queue on the standard lane rather than being refused.
What's the largest image I can convert?
5 MP at full resolution on Pro and above — roughly 2240×2240 px — 3 MP on Lite, 2 MP on Free. Uploads are capped at 50 MB. Anything larger is shrunk to the cap right in your browser before uploading, so nothing is declined and no conversion is spent on a refusal.
Which file formats can I upload, and what comes back?
PNG, JPEG, WebP and BMP in; SVG out. EPS, PDF, DXF and AI are refused rather than queued to fail — the engine writes SVG and nothing in the pipeline converts it into anything else.
How long do you keep my files?
24 hours by default, or until you download them if you choose "don't store". Lite and Pro keep results up to 3 days, Studio and Agency up to 10; the window is per upload, capped by your plan. Storage is the one part of this that costs us by the day rather than by the conversion, which is why the windows are what they are — if you need longer, an individual plan can carry it. You can delete anything from the dashboard at once.
What if I need more than Agency includes?
Tell us the volume. Above Agency the plans stop being a card you click and become an individual one: the API allowance, the batch size and how long results are kept are set for your account against what you actually run. There is no listed tier above Agency because the number that belongs there is yours, not ours.
