Terms of Service
Last updated 20 August 2026
1. About the service
Vectorgram is an online service that converts raster images into editable vector graphics (SVG).
Conversion is automated. Plan limits — image size, monthly conversions, batch size and retention windows — are published on the pricing page and enforced at upload.
2. Accounts and paid plans
Some features require an account or a paid subscription.
Paid subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your account or the subscription management link provided after purchase. Cancellation stops future renewals, keeps your access until the end of the current billing period, and is not an automatic refund — see Refunds & Cancellation.
There is no overage and no account balance: past a plan's API allowance, calls are declined until the allowance resets or the plan is changed. A conversion that fails on our side is not counted against your allowance. We will give 30 days' notice before a price increase takes effect on your plan.
3. User content
You may upload only content that you have the right to use.
You must not upload content that is unlawful, infringes the rights of others, contains malware, or is intended to harm the service or other users. You must not circumvent quotas, rate limits or billing, including by creating accounts to re-use free allowances.
4. Your files
You keep every right you have in the images you upload and in the vector output. By uploading, you grant us a limited licence to store and process the file solely to produce the result you asked for. That licence ends when the file is deleted.
We do not use your images or their output to train, fine-tune or evaluate any model. The single exception is a result you explicitly flag as poor and give us permission to keep for review, and even then it is used only to diagnose that conversion.
5. Output quality
Vectorgram uses automated image-processing technology. Output quality may vary depending on the source image, its resolution and complexity, and the selected settings. Vectorgram does not guarantee that every generated file will be suitable for every design, printing, cutting, manufacturing, engineering, or commercial use case.
6. Service availability
We may modify, maintain, update, or occasionally interrupt the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of all features.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vectorgram is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the service or generated files. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms; a material change is announced at least 30 days before it takes effect, and the date above always reflects the current version.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, the country where the service is operated from. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory law of your country of residence.
