Privacy Policy

We may collect account information (your email address and settings), the images you upload, the generated conversion results, technical logs needed to run and secure the service (request metadata and IP addresses), and subscription and billing information needed to provide and support the service.

We use this information to:

• operate Vectorgram and process your conversions;
• manage accounts, subscriptions and billing;
• answer support requests;
• prevent abuse and maintain service security;
• meet accounting and legal obligations.

Your images and their output are never used to train, fine-tune or evaluate any model.

Uploaded images and generated results are retained for a limited window, deleted on expiry, and never shared with third parties. You choose the window per upload, capped by your plan:

• Don't store — deleted as the result is served to you, on the first download
• 24 hours — the default, and the maximum on Free
• 3 days — maximum on Lite and Pro
• 10 days — maximum on Studio and Agency

An anonymous conversion from the homepage is deleted within the hour. You can delete any stored file yourself from your dashboard at any time, which is immediate.

Card payments are not live yet. When they are, they will be handled by a payment provider acting as our Merchant of Record, and Vectorgram will store only the transaction record — never a full card number.

Infrastructure hosting for the application and its storage, and — once payments are live — a payment provider. They act on our instructions and may not use your data for their own purposes. We do not sell your data and do not share it for advertising.

You can request deletion of your account and personal data by writing to info@vectorgram.ai or through the contact form. We erase the account and every stored file within 30 days. Some records may be retained where required for accounting or legal obligations.

We set strictly necessary cookies only — the session that keeps you signed in, an equivalent for staff in the admin console, and a device identifier the service uses to keep concurrent use of one account within its limits. None of them tracks you across other sites. We run no advertising, analytics or tracking cookies of any kind, which is why there is no consent banner.
